Use of the App

By downloading and using Docus, you agree to use the app for lawful personal or professional purposes only, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the documents you scan, import, edit, sign, combine, export, and share using the app.

Free Features

Docus can be used for free with certain daily limits.

Free users may access the following features with daily restrictions:

• Document scanning via camera: up to 1 document per day
• Document editing: up to 1 document per day
• PDF export: up to 1 file per day
• Import from gallery: limited daily use
• Import from Files: limited daily use
• Combine PDF documents: up to 1 combine action per day, with up to 2 documents
• Add signatures: unlimited
• Add initials: unlimited
• Add stamps: unlimited
• Place signatures, initials, and stamps on documents: unlimited

Daily limits may reset automatically and may vary slightly depending on app version, technical conditions, or changes to the app's feature set. The current limits are shown in the app where applicable.

Premium Features

Docus offers premium access through a paid subscription or a lifetime purchase.

Premium users receive unlimited access to the main document features, including:

• Unlimited document scanning
• Unlimited document editing
• Unlimited PDF export
• Unlimited import from gallery
• Unlimited import from Files
• Unlimited PDF combining
• Unlimited signatures
• Unlimited initials
• Unlimited stamps
• Unlimited placement of signatures, initials, and stamps on documents
• No daily usage limits

Subscriptions and Lifetime Purchase

Docus offers the following paid access options:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Lifetime purchase

Weekly and monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Some subscription plans may include a free trial or introductory offer. The availability, duration, and price of any trial or offer are shown in the App Store before purchase.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that provides permanent access to premium features available in the app without a recurring subscription.

All payments are charged through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Snadkin Tech does not handle, process, or store your payment information.

For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through their official support channels.

No Warranty

Docus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing your documents before exporting, sharing, or submitting them anywhere.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snadkin Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Docus.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of documents, loss of data, incorrect edits, failed exports, or issues caused by your device, operating system, third-party services, or user actions.

Updates and Changes

We may add, modify, limit, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
