Kron — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Kron focus timer application ("Kron") provided by Individual Entrepreneur Daniil Snadkin (Snadkin Tech).
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the app.
Use of the App
Kron is a productivity application designed to help users focus using timed work sessions.
The app is intended for personal and professional productivity purposes. You agree to use Kron in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Free Features
Kron can be used for free with limited functionality. Free features may include:
- the basic focus timer
- default tags
- two mini‑games
The developer may modify available free features over time.
Premium Features
Kron offers optional premium features which may include:
- advanced statistics
- the ability to create and edit custom tags
- reminders for tags
- additional mini‑games
- app theme customization
- custom app icons
Premium features may be unlocked through a subscription or a one‑time purchase.
Subscriptions
Kron may offer auto‑renewing subscriptions, including monthly and yearly plans. The monthly subscription includes a 3‑day free trial, and the yearly subscription includes a 7‑day free trial.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
If a subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
Lifetime Purchase
Kron may also offer a one‑time purchase that unlocks premium features permanently for the current version of the application.
Lifetime access applies to the current product and does not guarantee access to future products or services that may be developed.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Snadkin Tech does not process payments directly. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's payment and refund policies.
No Warranty
Kron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Snadkin Tech does not guarantee that the app will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snadkin Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kron, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, or business opportunities.
Updates and Changes
The app may be updated from time to time. Features may be added, modified, or removed.
These Terms may also be updated to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Continued use of Kron after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Kron at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.
Snadkin Tech may discontinue or suspend distribution of Kron on certain platforms or in certain regions if necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws relating to the developer's registered jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
