2. Overview
Kron is a productivity application designed to help users stay focused using timer-based sessions.
The application includes the following features:
- focus timer sessions
- statistics based on completed sessions
- customizable tags
- reminders for focus sessions
- mini-games designed to help users refocus
- Live Activities displaying an active timer
Kron is designed with a privacy-first approach, minimizing data collection and operating primarily on-device.
3. Information Collected by the App
Kron does not collect personal information such as:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- precise location
- contacts
- photos
Users may create limited user-generated content necessary for app functionality, including:
- tag names
- focus session duration
- session history used to generate statistics
This information is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to the developer.
4. Data Storage
All user-generated data is stored locally on the user's device. The developer does not access or store user-generated content.
In the future, synchronization may optionally be available through a cloud service. If enabled, data synchronization will be handled entirely through the cloud provider's infrastructure and subject to that provider's privacy policies.
Some limited anonymous technical data may be processed by third-party services for app functionality and analytics as described below.
5. In-App Purchases
Kron offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Purchase and subscription management is handled by RevenueCat.
RevenueCat may process limited technical information necessary to validate purchases, including:
- purchase receipts
- subscription status
- device identifiers required for purchase validation
RevenueCat does not receive or store user-created content such as tags or focus session history.

6. Notifications
Kron may send local notifications to remind users about scheduled focus sessions.
These notifications are created and stored locally on the device and are not delivered through external servers controlled by the developer.
7. Analytics and Tracking
Kron does not display advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.
The application does not track users across third-party apps or websites.
The app uses the following third-party analytics services:

No data collected through these services can be used to personally identify users.
8. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:

- Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
These services may process limited anonymous technical data necessary for their operation. No personal content or user-generated data is shared with these services.

Kron is rated for a general audience and is intended for users of various ages.
No personal data is knowingly collected from children. Because user-generated data remains stored locally on the device, the developer does not receive or store personal information from users of any age.
