By downloading or using Calmia, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Calmia is a personal migraine tracking application that helps users log headache episodes, identify patterns, and monitor potential triggers. The App is intended for personal informational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Calmia is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content within the App — including pattern analysis, trigger correlations, weather correlations, MIDAS score estimates, and any insights — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in this App.

Calmia Pro

The App offers an optional paid subscription called Calmia Pro, available as:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime one-time purchase

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Your Data

All data you enter into Calmia is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your personal health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful personal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Calmia — including the names "Calmia" and "Calmia Pro" — are owned by Snadkin Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snadkin Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on App content.

Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
